Psalm 139:23-24, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my anxieties; 24 and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." nThis is truly an incredible prayer to pray if one truly desires to be right with the Lord. We must be cautious when we examine ourselves because our own hearts are can mislead us and cannot be trusted (Jeremiah 17:9). This is why the Word of God is so important. Let the Word of God search us and to speak to us that we might allow the Holy Spirit to speak to the reality of our heart condition. God wants the very best for us. He will lead us and direct us into all truth, for His Word is truth. Amen! nMay we pray the same today and mull over the Scriptures that the Holy Spirit will lead us deeper to the heart of God!
