John 9 is an Incredible chapter. There is a young man who is born blind. Jesus heals him that he may see. This healing took place in the Sabbath and because of this, the Pharisees are in an uproar. They begin to interrogate this young man and his parents asking all manner of questions. The parents turned the questions back on their son and said that he is old enough to answer your questions. They knew they would get kicked out of the synagogue if they were not careful. So the Pharisees begin attacking this young man again. He says to them simply, "I was blind, but now I see." What a testimony! May we all have that same testimony. But then this young man begins to preach to these Pharisees truth. The Pharisees keep calling Jesus a sinner because Jesus healed the young man on the Sabbath. The young man finally says in verse 34, "If this Man were not from God, He could do nothing." The Pharisees kicked him out of the synagogue. Jesus went to the young man, and the young man ended up getting saved and worships Jesus. What a message in this great chapter. I was blind and now I see! Glory!
