John 6:44, "No one can come to Me unless the Father draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day." Three times in John six, Jesus eludes to the fact that we cannot come to Him unless the Father draws them. Obviously the Father draws a person to Himself through the working of His Holy Spirit. Without this drawing of God, one cannot come to Christ and be saved. The Spirit of God must open the eyes of the blind and call them to Himself for salvation. This makes salvation all the more greater because you did not choose Him, He chose you! Praise the Lord! If He is calling you to Himself, working in your heart, do not say no to Jesus. He may not call again!
