Faith and fitness meet in this transformation ministry.
All fitness abilities are welcome. You’re not here to impress, you’re here to improve!
Get moving with your fellow ladies and activate, strengthen, and get healthy in your walk with the Lord. Fitness activities include walking, body strength exercises with take-home modifications, stretching, and relaxation techniques. Spiritual activities include devotions, a new exercise partner weekly, and a chance to connect with the Lord.
How to Prepare:
- Sign the Par Q and waiver forms and bring them to your first session
- Bring a water bottle and an exercise mat or towel
- Bring sunglasses, a hat, and/or sunscreen
- Wear comfortable weather appropriate work out clothing and sneakers
