In the Parable of the Talents, Jesus teaches that everything we have—our time, gifts, opportunities, influence, and resources—has been entrusted to us by God for His purposes. We are not called merely to preserve what God has given, but to faithfully invest it for eternal impact. This message challenges believers to move from fear and complacency into courageous stewardship, remembering that one day we will stand before the Lord and give an account. As we faithfully invest what God has placed in our hands, we discover that God’s blessings, purposes, and rewards always exceed what we could ever give back to Him.
